2. Ensure the hydraulic pump is installed accurately and securely, check if the screws are tightened, and verify if the coupling is installed according to requirements.

3. Check if the pump body is filled with oil.

4. Confirm that the pump's rotation direction corresponds with the inlet and outlet oil ports.

5. Verify if the safety valve in the hydraulic system is adjusted to the prescribed pressure value.

7. Avoid abruptly starting at full speed. Instead, jog the prime mover switch several times in a system unloading state before continuous no-load operation. The purpose is to clear as much air as possible from the pipelines. After no-load running for 1-2 minutes without any abnormality, gradually apply load. During the loading process, ensure there are no abnormal vibrations, noise, or leaks; otherwise, immediately stop the machine for inspection, analysis, and fault repair.
