Participation Method

Eligible employees who wish to participate can write a detailed matchmaker proposal, specifying the timing, location, method, and frequency of their matchmaking efforts. This document should be submitted to the Group's Administrative Human Resources Department or the Plant's General Affairs Department. After an investigation and verification, the confirmation of any awards will be subject to the approval of the group's leadership before being granted.

Eligibility Criteria

I have used my spare time to create opportunities for unmarried colleagues (at least one of whom is a current employee of the group) to meet and have actively facilitated their marriage (as evidenced by the marriage certificate).
