Piling Machine Manufacturer Shares Maintenance Methods for Guardrail Piling Machine Tires

1. During prolonged operation of the piling machine, the tires can heat up due to friction, causing an increase in internal air pressure and temperature. In such cases, it's advisable to stop the machine and let the tires cool down before resuming operation. It's crucial not to pour water on the tires to cool them down or release air to reduce pressure when the tire pressure increases. Regularly practice safe, gradual braking to avoid abrupt stops, as they can cause tire wear. When parking the machine, choose a location free of loose stones, level, and without debris. If the machine needs to be parked for a long time, lift it and place wooden blocks under the frame so that the tires are slightly touching the ground, which helps reduce the pressure on the tires.

2. Before starting construction with a guardrail piling machine, always check if the tire pressure is normal. If any tire is underinflated, check for leaks and address the issue before inflating the tire. Inflation should strictly follow the tire inflation standards to ensure that all tires meet the required pressure levels. Use a pressure gauge to check the tire pressure. The tires should have a certain degree of elasticity during operation, and after bearing a certain load, the deformation of the tires should not exceed the specified range, ensuring comfort and stability during the machine's operation.

3. After the piling machine has been in operation for a while, the tires should be rotated and adjusted, as the wear on the front and rear tires can differ. Tires should be rotated regularly and as per guidelines. When tire wear is severe, they should be replaced promptly with the correct model, maintaining consistency with the original tire brand, model, and performance. Tire replacement should be done for the entire vehicle or per axle, with new tires installed on the front wheels and used tires on the rear. Repaired tires should not be used on the front steering wheels to prevent accidents due to tire blowouts. Proper use of tires is vital to ensure the safety of both the machine and personnel.
