Pile driving is a sub-project of pile foundations in foundation and base construction, and it does not belong to the construction of foundation treatment.
Since ground structures must be built on the surface, the ground must withstand considerable pressure, and it is essential to ensure that the ground has sufficient strength to resist this pressure. This is often challenging to achieve. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce the ground of the building or improve the way the ground bears the load, leading to the idea of driving piles into the foundation. This allows most of the weight of the building to be transferred through the piles to the deeper underground, as the foundation at this location is much stronger than at the surface.
The depth of pile driving depends on the distribution of the ground underground (known professionally as geological structural layers). If it can bear sufficient pressure from the building, the pile is driven to this point. If not, it must be deepened.
The tracked pile driver includes two parts: a hydraulic pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame uses a hydraulic walking chassis with a high degree of automation. It can move on its own and rotate 360 degrees. It is equipped with four hydraulic supports and a walking cylinder to assist in movement and rotation, while increasing the stability of the entire machine during construction. The entire machine is transportable. The column is a foldable box-shaped column with flange connections. This column uses two high-thickness wells and is bent using large bending machine technology, connecting through two welds. Additionally, the interior of the column is welded four times every 60 centimeters. The base is reinforced with fat fixation, increasing the column's torsional strength and bending strength.
