How to Check for Insufficient Pressure in Crawler Foundation Pile Drivers

The crawler foundation pile driver is equipped with four hydraulic legs and a movable cylinder. It can also rotate to ensure stability during the construction process, sufficient to guarantee the normal operation of the entire machine. However, sometimes there may be insufficient hydraulic pressure. What could be the cause?

There is a constant flow pump in the water distribution system of the long spiral drilling rig. We should check if the pump pressure is normal. If the pressure is insufficient, it may need adjustment or disassembly to check for wear. At the same time, inspect the exterior, oil pipes, joints, valve bodies, oil pumps, and cylinders for leaks. Additionally, check if the distribution valve is tightened and worn out, leading to insufficient pressure.

Inspect whether the hydraulic oil level in the crawler foundation pile driver is normal and whether the oil inlet filter is too dirty, causing blockage at the inlet. Normally, clogging of the filter element is accompanied by increased noise, higher oil temperature, and insufficient directional pressure. If it is not replaced in time, it can accelerate the wear of hydraulic components (such as oil pumps).
