Proper Operation and Maintenance of Wheel-Type Piling Rigs Equates to Cost Savings

The methods to extend the service life of a wheel-type piling rig primarily involve correct operation and regular maintenance. Have you ever thought about the process from purchasing a piling rig to making it profitable? Among this process, equipment depreciation and personnel costs are significant expenses. Faults caused by human error can lead to considerable repair costs. It's also important not to neglect the piling rig when there is no work – after all, it's a tool for earning money and should be treated well. The following maintenance tasks must be carried out thoroughly:

  1. 1. Ensure proper lubrication of all necessary parts and components of the piling rig. Regularly check for aging in electrical circuits and pipelines to prevent oil or electrical leaks;

  2. 2. After each day's work, clean the wheel-type piling rig, check and refill the oil as required. Promptly clean up any oil that has deteriorated or contains impurities. Conduct immediate resolutions if any abnormalities are found, ensuring normal operation the next day;

  3. 3. Perform a system check on the piling rig every 200-300 working hours, including inspections and repairs of power components, transmission components, control elements, and sensing devices;

  4. 4. Regularly inspect the piling rig components for cracks, weld failures, rust, or other damage, and perform necessary repairs and replacements
