• When transporting, moving, or operating a pile driver, it's important to avoid contact with electrical wires, as this can lead to serious accidents and casualties.

• During refueling, it's essential to shut off the engine and refuel the pile driver away from any sources of fire. It's also important not to leave the machine unattended while refueling.

• While refueling, care must be taken to ensure that fuel does not spill onto overheated surfaces or components of the electrical system.

  
  

  

  • It's crucial to promptly remove any accumulated or adhered leaves, wood chips, paper, and other flammable materials from the engine, exhaust pipe, muffler, and the interior of the engine compartment.

  • Oil-soaked rags should not be kept inside the machine to avoid the risk of spontaneous ignition and fire.

  • Users should equip the machine with a fire extinguisher, placed in a location that is easily accessible.

  • When welding on the machine, it is strictly forbidden to do so without isolating the hydraulic oil pipelines and fuel lines.

  • To prevent fires caused by hydraulic pipelines, it is necessary to check that all hose clamps, protective covers, and cushioning pads on hoses and pipes are securely fixed in place. If these are loose, they can vibrate during operation and rub against other components, leading to hose damage.
