The concrete core sampling machine is characterized by a dual-column structure and screw feeding method, ensuring stability and ease of operation. Equipped with wheels for convenient mobility, it employs high-speed cutting technology and thin-walled diamond drill bits to efficiently drill high-strength reinforced concrete. It ensures precise hole positioning, smooth hole walls, excellent pore quality, high-quality core samples, minimal vibration, and no damage to the building.

Product Structure:

1. After the drilling rig is moved to the work site, the moving wheels are swung 180 degrees backward, and the handle is manipulated to lift the wheels away from the road surface. Adjust the four leveling bolts to ensure that the base is properly positioned at the working site, and the base plane is level.

2. Clean the drilling rig's vertical bar and the ball screw of the elevator and adjust the spindle bearing position.

3. Connect the centrifugal water pump to the water source and fill the water tank to ensure that the water pump can supply water properly.

4. Install the drill bit.

5. Follow the gasoline engine's user manual to inspect and adjust various parts of the engine. When everything is in normal condition, start the engine.
