The Causes and Solutions for Weak Hammering of the Hydraulic Hammer in a Guardrail Piling Machine

I. Causes:

The hydraulic hammer of the guardrail piling machine lacks power for various reasons, such as insufficient nitrogen gas pressure or inadequate oil pressure in the pipeline. It also relates to the local weather conditions and the hardness of the ore at the time.

II. Solutions:

1. First, check if the pressure of the nitrogen gas is sufficient.

2. Check if the static oil pressure is adequate.

3. Ensure the working oil volume is sufficient.

4. Check the dimensions of the steel chisel and whether the guard plate screws are loose.

5. Assess the clearance and wear condition of the bushing.

6. Test if there is enough hydraulic oil.

7. Ensure the cutoff valve is fully open.

8. Check if the locknut of the overflow valve is loose.

If all the above are normal:

⑴ Insufficient pressure at the pilot A port or the standby valve is stuck, causing a significant internal leak.

⑵ The main oil inlet or return is blocked.

⑶ Large internal leak in the piston or control valve.

⑷ Insufficient power source or internal leak in the main pump. If it's a breaker with an accumulator, also check if the accumulator's bladder is ruptured.
